Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Head of Marketing to develop and execute strategic online and offline marketing programs, lead customer acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, and advance brand building. Responsibilities include creating both long-term and short-term strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and executing plans to achieve business objectives. Also responsible for tracking the performance of advertising campaigns, optimizing our marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are in line with our brand. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with turning creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns during major global sporting events. This position reports to the CEO. Responsibilities β€’ Lead the development and execution of market strategies that align with the company's goals. β€’ Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans for different channels and segments. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives. β€’ Oversee all advertising and promotional activities, ensuring they reach target audiences and drive sales. β€’ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration across departments and agencies. β€’ Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. β€’ Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, and extract KPI for campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and tactics recommendations. β€’ Support the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for internal and external audiences. β€’ Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. β€’ Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support. β€’ Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly. Qualifications β€’ BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or business administration preferred. β€’ Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns in high-stakes environments. β€’ Strong project management and decision-making skills. β€’ Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity. β€’ Strategic thinking, with the ability to plan and implement highly disruptive marketing strategies. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. β€’ Leadership: Capability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
