Role description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Wing. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing in United Kingdom. This is a unique opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up and lead the full growth engine of a fast-moving, high-impact environment. As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of acquisition, funnel optimization, content strategy, and lifecycle marketing — while directly shaping growth experiments that drive measurable results. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution: from designing ad campaigns and conversion funnels to writing compelling copy and building scalable growth loops. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance and deliver marketing impact with speed, creativity, and data-driven precision. Accountabilities • Lead acquisition and performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, programmatic) • Own paid growth strategy end-to-end: research, bidding, creative testing, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization • Design and optimize landing pages and user journeys, leveraging SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and A/B testing for better conversion • Develop innovative creative strategies and write high-performing copy for ads, landing pages, and long-form content such as blogs, case studies, and guides • Oversee organic content strategy, including keyword research, publishing, and backlink building • Build and manage lifecycle flows across email, CRM, and automation platforms to improve onboarding, retention, and upsell opportunities • Run scrappy, low-cost experiments to validate new channels and scale what works • Drive co-marketing partnerships, influencer programs, affiliate campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives • Support growth operations, including hiring, documentation, and process building Requirements • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in B2B performance marketing • Proven track record taking a SaaS business from early-stage growth to significant ARR milestones • Strong understanding of funnel optimization, paid acquisition, CRO, SEO, and content strategy • Hands-on experience managing ad budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Skilled in leveraging AI tools and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.) to increase efficiency • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, PostHog, and campaign managers • Experience in lifecycle marketing, email deliverability, and CRM integration with ad/product platforms • Excellent copywriting and design instincts, with the ability to create or direct high-quality creatives • Ability to work at speed, move from concept to execution rapidly, and thrive in a high-autonomy environment Benefits • Annual salary range: GBP 75,000 - 110,000 plus performance-based bonuses • Remote-first culture with the flexibility to work from anywhere • Software, tools, and resources for continuous upskilling and productivity • Health insurance coverage • Generous paid time off and flexible working arrangements • High autonomy with minimal bureaucracy and direct access to the leadership team • Fast-track career progression opportunities for high performers Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
