The Role
COROS is seeking a Head of Marketing – UK to lead brand growth, athlete activation, and community development across the UK market. The UK is a key strategic territory for COROS, with a growing consumer base, active DTC channel, and strong retailer presence.
You’ll be responsible for elevating the COROS brand across our core verticals – Running, Cycling, and Outdoor Sports – through high-impact campaigns, partnerships, and content. This role demands a creative and commercial mindset with the ability to deliver results across multiple marketing channels while managing a small but high-performing local team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Own the UK marketing strategy and execution across DTC and retail channels.
• Collaborate with global and European teams to align local initiatives with global brand direction.
• Localise campaign concepts to resonate with UK audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
Brand Activation & Community Engagement
• Drive awareness and engagement across endurance sports communities in the UK.
• Lead partnerships with athletes, teams, coaches, and sports organisations.
• Build relationships with key events, races, and clubs to create memorable COROS experiences.
Content & Influencer Strategy
• Manage a local network of content creators and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee product seeding, content briefs, and influencer campaigns.
• Ensure consistent storytelling and content performance across social channels.
Commercial Collaboration
• Work closely with UK sales, eCommerce, and retail partners to support traffic, conversion, and sell-through.
• Activate marketing campaigns that drive DTC growth and support retail launches.
• Track KPIs and marketing ROI across all UK channels.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or community roles within the sports, outdoor, or tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of the UK endurance sports landscape.
• Proven experience working with athletes, creators, and event partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead marketing strategy while executing day-to-day activity.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working across functions.
• Fluent in English.
Preferred
• Experience in consumer electronics, performance wearables, or sports tech.
• Familiarity with DTC eCommerce tools and analytics platforms.
