Key Responsibilities in the Position of Head of Marketing
• Lead the creation and delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning.
• Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance and brand activity.
• Drive acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), optimising for ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Build and execute a retention strategy using CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty programmes.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with launches and commercial goals.
• Develop engaging content and social strategies, leveraging influencers and community activity.
• Guide and mentor a small team while managing external agencies and partners.
• Analyse marketing performance, reporting on key KPIs and making data-driven recommendations.
