We offer a premium, market-leading ingestible collagen drink that aids in the restoration and enhancement of collagen from within, while supporting our customers through every stage of life.
To date, we’ve sold over 25 million doses of our product and now sell one box every 60 seconds. In 2021, we proudly announced our longstanding brand ambassador partnership with Amanda Holden.Currently, our products are available in over 10,000 stores globally, including renowned retailers such as Ulta Beauty, Walgreens, Harrods, Boots, Holland & Barrett, and Sephora, to name just a few. THE ROLE
This role is both strategic and operational. You will be fully accountable for leading D2C growth across global markets, with a core focus on scaling performance in the UK/US. You will own revenue performance, oversee the digital media budget, and make smart, data-led decisions that drive both customer acquisition and retention.
You’ll work in close partnership with the Global Head of eCommerce to align growth strategies with trading, site experience, and international roadmaps to ensure every touchpoint supports performance and customer lifetime value. You will also collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure our brand shows up with impact across channels, delivering the right message at the right time.

The role will be based in either our new London HQ in the heart of Mayfair or our Bristol office, with a requirement to be in the office three days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and executing the global D2C growth strategy with a sharp focus on the US market
• Owning all growth KPIs, including customer acquisition, revenue, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, LTV and retention
• Working in close collaboration with the Global Head of eCommerce to align on trading plans, promotional strategy, merchandising and regional growth targets
• Managing the digital performance budget and making commercially sound investment decisions to drive scalable growth
• Working closely with the senior leadership team on forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
• Identifying and scaling new growth channels, from paid media to partnerships, affiliates and emerging platforms
• Leading the strategy for TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing, identifying influencers and content creators that can drive measurable performance
• Managing external agencies across paid media, SEO, affiliates and CRO to ensure delivery against clear KPIs and ROI targets
• Overseeing day-to-day performance marketing activities across Meta, Google, TikTok and influencer media
• Driving A/B testing and CRO across paid media funnels and landing pages, in collaboration with the eCommerce team
• Working alongside the Creative and Brand teams to ensure growth activity is fully aligned with brand positioning and messaging
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise media spend, CAC and ROI
• Leading and developing a high-performing growth team, building structure and capabilities as we scale
• Supporting Amazon's growth through PPC strategy and promotional insights, working closely with the Global Head of eCommerce on execution
• Developing the international growth strategy across D2C, with market-specific plans and localisation input in partnership with the eCommerce team
• Leveraging customer and market data to inform strategies that improve retention and LTV
• Driving CRM and retention strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, including email, SMS and loyalty
• Partnering with tech, product and eCommerce teams to ensure digital performance and marketing integrations are growth-ready
• Monitoring competitors and staying ahead of market trends, tools and consumer expectations
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of D2C and eCommerce growth experience
• Proven success managing and scaling revenues above £10m+ across international markets
• Hands-on experience scaling D2C in the UK & US market is essential
• Strong understanding of paid media, digital performance and retention marketing
• Highly analytical and commercially driven with a test-and-learn mindset
• Experience managing Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central with knowledge of Amazon advertising and growth levers
• Comfortable managing significant performance marketing budgets and optimising for ROI
• Confident in leading and growing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, conversion rate and bounce rate
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across Creative, Brand, Finance and Ops
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Proven experience leading growth across D2C brands, ideally within beauty, supplements or adjacent consumer categories
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale and attribution tools preferred
