We’re hiring a Head of Growth to lead the next chapter of our DTC expansion. You must bring proven experience in scaling DTC performance and have a strong track record in luxury retail or beauty. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—ready to build a high-conversion growth engine and scale a brand with global momentum.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
• Lead strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube
• Build and manage a paid media calendar tied to product launches and hero SKUs
• Continuously optimize ROAS, CAC, and creative performance
Site Experience & Conversion
• Manage and optimize Shopify experience: PDPs, bundling, upsells, landing pages
• Implement CRO tools: Hotjar, GA4, surveys, A/B testing frameworks
• Identify and resolve funnel drop-offs to maximize conversion
CRM, Retention & LTV
• Own email and SMS strategy and execution (Klaviyo)
• Build and refine customer journeys, post-purchase flows, win-back, and referrals
• Build segmentation and retention strategies to increase LTV and repeat purchase rate
Reporting & Analytics
• Own DTC dashboard and report weekly on CAC, AOV, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
• Forecast growth and align with finance on sales and marketing spend
• Use performance insights to iterate strategy quickly and efficiently
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with the Head of Marketing to align messaging, creative, and campaigns across DTC, brand, PR, and influencer
• Collaborate with Head of Wholesale to ensure launches and stock planning are aligned and that DTC learnings support sell-through at retail
• Partner with Creative to brief and test UGC, campaign assets, landing pages, and ads that convert
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of proven DTC growth experience, ideally within luxury beauty, skincare, or wellness
• A track record of scaling DTC revenue from £1M to £10M+, with ownership of both acquisition and retention
• Deep, hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and Hotjar
• Commercially fluent: understands CAC:LTV ratios, blended ROAS, and the levers that impact gross margin and profitability
• Has built and led growth testing roadmaps, landing page funnels, and LTV-focused campaigns
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to make data-led decisions, backed by A/B testing and clear KPIs
• Comfortable briefing and managing agencies, freelancers, or junior team members as needed
• Experienced in working with creative teams to develop high-converting UGC, campaign assets, and PDP content
• Can uphold and scale luxury brand standards while driving performanceunderstands the nuance of performance in a premium environment
• Strategic and executional: someone who builds plans and rolls up their sleeves to deliver them
• Fast-moving and thrives in an entrepreneurial culture with high expectations and agility
