Role description
Are you obsessed with scaling D2C brands through data-driven advertising?
We’re looking for a Head of Paid Media who lives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and creative performance. You’ll lead a growing team of media buyers and take full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms — with a sharp focus on revenue, ROAS, and retention.
This is your chance to lead high-growth eCommerce campaigns for ambitious brands that care about both creative storytelling and hard numbers.
What You’ll Do
• Own and lead the paid media strategy for multiple D2C/eCommerce brands
• Manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat
• Oversee testing frameworks for creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages
• Work closely with founders, brand managers, and creative teams to align performance with positioning
• Set and manage media budgets, revenue forecasts, and attribution reporting
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing paid media team
• Stay ahead of ad platform updates, eCommerce trends, and new tools to give us an edge
What You Bring
• 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with D2C or eCommerce brands
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; you know what works and why
• Strong grasp of eComm KPIs: ROAS, MER, AOV, CAC, LTV, blended performance
• Comfort working with attribution models, GA4, post-purchase surveys, and first-party data
• Experience managing teams and scaling paid acquisition from £50k–£500k/month and beyond
• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar DTC stack
What We Offer
• Autonomy to build and lead a world-class paid media team
• Work with exciting D2C brands in fashion, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or tech
• Flexible working: remote-first, with options for hybrid meetups
• Competitive salary + performance incentives
• A fast-paced environment that values action, iteration, and growth
