Founded in 2021, the company has hit Β£25m in revenue this year, with ambitious plans for rapid growth ahead. Backed by high-profile consumer goods & wellness industry investors, the brand has gone from strength to strength and has opened a new London office this year! Their range of science-backed products – launched successfully into 1200 Boots stores last month and significant sales D2C, Amazon and other online partners β€” has already built a strong global following for this super-cool brand. This is a rare opportunity to get in early and play a key role in shaping what’s next. The Role: Head of Paid Media We’re looking for a commercially astute, data-driven Paid Media / Growth Marketing omnichannel leader to take full ownership of acquisition, retention, and subscription strategy. This is a defining career opportunity for someone ready to move fast, think boldly, and scale a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead full-funnel paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and TikTok Shop β€’ Own strategy and execution for their fast-growing subscription business β€’ Optimise key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, payback windows, and subscriber acquisition cost β€’ Drive conversion through landing page testing and CRO strategy β€’ Build effective CRM journeys (email & SMS) to deepen engagement and retention β€’ Deliver robust, actionable performance reporting to inform commercial decisions β€’ Collaborate with Brand to test creative, drive insights, and improve performance β€’ Understand how digital performance influences retail and omnichannel success What We're Looking For: β€’ Significant experience in paid media / growth or performance marketing in a fast-paced consumer brand, at a senior strategic / director level β€’ Proven track record scaling paid media and growing subscription models β€’ Experience building and leading high-performing teams in high-growth environments β€’ Deep technical expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube (TikTok Shop a bonus) β€’ Highly commercial, analytical, and results-oriented β€’ A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams β€’ Strong communicator with a bias for action and fast execution The Offer: β€’ Very competitive package β€’ Hybrid model – 2 days per week in their new central London HQ (but flexible for those further afield).
