Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of high-budget Paid Search accounts, managing clients with £100K+ monthly ad spend. • Lead and develop the Paid Search Managers & Execs, ensuring continuous growth and performance. • Oversee onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition. • Communicate regularly with clients via Slack and Google Meet, delivering strategic insights. • Stay at the forefront of Paid Search and e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge. Essential Experience: • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Paid Search within the E-commerce/DTC sector. • Proven team leadership or line management experience. • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data-driven decision making. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
