One of the UKβs fastest-growing independent performance agencies is looking for a Head of Paid Social to drive innovation, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of the channel. If youβre an experienced Paid Social leader with a passion for performance and technology, this is a rare chance to join the agencyβs senior leadership team at a pivotal moment of growth.
The Opportunity
β’ Shape the Paid Social strategy and channel direction for a best-in-class performance agency
β’ Join the senior leadership team and report into the COO
β’ Build, mentor and scale a high-performing Paid Social team
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Data, Sales, and Product
β’ Influence the development of proprietary tech that gives the agency a market edge
Responsibilities
β’ Lead Paid Social strategy, innovation and channel best practice
β’ Drive automation and tech adoption across the channel
β’ Oversee team hiring, development and mentorship
β’ Act as strategic consultant to ecommerce and retail clients
β’ Own relationships with key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest)
β’ Represent the agency externally via pitches, panels and events
Your Profile
β’ Extensive Paid Social experience (agency or in-house ecommerce/retail)
β’ Proven team leadership and mentorship credentials
β’ Sharp commercial acumen and strategic thinking
β’ Excellent stakeholder management (incl. C-suite and founders)
β’ Strong grasp of industry trends, automation, and analytics
β’ Motivated by growth, innovation and developing others
