With a product range that’s both effective and enjoyable, our client is already a market favourite — and they’re just getting started. Backed by rapid multi-market expansion and a wave of customer love, they’re now seeking a strategic Head of Performance Marketing to fuel the next phase of growth.
The Head of Performance Marketing will take full ownership of paid media strategy, creative testing, and performance optimisation — turning six-figure spend into predictable, profitable acquisition. You’ll lead a growing team, partner with creatives, and steer high-impact campaigns that blend consumer psychology, data, and compelling storytelling.
The Head of Performance Marketing will:
– Own the full-funnel paid strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging channels
– Build frameworks that unlock creative testing at scale and drive repeatable performance
– Translate performance data into growth actions, scaling spend with ROI confidence
– Champion narrative-led ads that both convert and build long-term brand credibility
– Lead and mentor a team of marketers while acting as a strategic voice across the team
You Will Need:
– 8–10+ years in DTC or e‑com performance marketing, ideally scaling to 7–9 figures
– Deep channel knowledge across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube
– Confidence leading large budgets, attribution models, and metrics like CAC, ROAS, MER
– Strong storytelling instinct paired with a data-led mindset
– Team leadership experience across performance, creative and growth functions
