We’re seeking a brilliant and strategic Head of Performance Marketing to join us on an interim basis. In this six-month maternity cover role, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing our advertising operations and campaign delivery, ensuring performance excellence and future-ready ways of working.
Whether you're a seasoned consultant or a fractional marketing leader, this role offers the flexibility to contribute at your best—either full-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities-
• Lead the end-to-end management and optimization of global advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with clients to define objectives and KPIs and deliver measurable outcomes
• Drive A/B testing, creative QA, and ad placement best practices
• Maximize ROI by effectively managing the advertising operations budget
• Mentor and manage high-performing teams based in London and Chennai
• Engage with clients regularly—reporting on campaign performance and advising on advertising strategy
• Support sales efforts through pitch support, bespoke schedules, and proposal approval
• Contribute to commercial growth, retention, and satisfaction of marketing services

• Proven track record in digital marketing and advertising delivery
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
