Leeds - 2 days in office

Are you a PPC specialist ready to take ownership of high-spend, high-impact campaigns? This is a brand-new role within a growing paid media department – a chance to step in as the go-to PPC expert and shape strategy for some exciting accounts.
THE ROLE
eporting directly to the department lead, you’ll be managing 1–2 tier one clients with monthly spends ranging from £100k to £400k across Google and Bing. You’ll line manage two talented team members (PPC Executive and Paid Media Manager), act as the knowledge hub for all things PPC, and influence senior stakeholders with your expertise.
This role is 90% PPC – deep-diving into performance, keeping on top of the latest Google and AI trends, and ensuring the agency stays ahead of the curve.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven track record in managing large-scale PPC accounts (£100k+ monthly spend)
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads & Bing Ads
• Ability to stay ahead of trends, particularly in AI and automation within PPC
• Strong leadership skills – able to coach, develop, and inspire a team
• Confident in influencing stakeholders and driving strategic PPC decisions
