💼 Head of PPC | £70,000 – £75,000 | Hybrid / Remote Considered
We’re looking for a commercially-minded and strategic Head of PPC to lead and scale our paid media function. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of team development, client performance, and PPC growth across the agency’s portfolio.
This isn’t just a management role - we need someone entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and confident putting their name and ideas out there. You’ll bring positivity, initiative, and a commercial mindset to help push the agency forward.
🚀 The Role:
You’ll oversee the direction and delivery of all paid search activity within the agency. Managing a growing team of PPC specialists, you’ll set the standard for strategic excellence, ensure operational efficiency, and build strong client relationships across key ecommerce, automotive, and DTC accounts.
👥 Leadership Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the paid media team, including line management, progression planning, and performance reviews
• Define and implement the agency’s PPC vision, process, and best practices
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to align paid media with overall business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
🔍 What You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience across Google Ads, Bing, and Shopping
• Proven track record of leading PPC teams and scaling performance across large-budget accounts
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Confident client handler with experience presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial approach and commercial acumen – you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Positive, forward-thinking attitude with a desire to innovate and lead from the front
• Comfortable putting your name to work, being visible with clients, and championing the agency’s voice externally
• Deep understanding of the latest developments in paid media platforms and attribution models

• Ensure high-quality output and consistency across the team’s campaigns
• Act as the senior escalation point for performance, strategy, and client issues
• Identify new opportunities for innovation, automation, and growth
• Collaborate with other channel leads to drive cross-channel performance and client success
