β’ Own the paid media creative roadmapβworking with design and video teams to deliver compelling display and video assets across the funnel
β’ Define and optimise performance KPIs to drive measurable growth
β’ Manage multi-channel campaigns across search, social, and programmatic display
β’ Partner with SEO, CRM, UX and CRO teams to build seamless customer journeys
β’ Work closely with sales to improve conversion from lead to deal
β’ Deliver reporting and forecasts that provide real business context, not just numbers
β’ Lead and mentor a high-performing team of PPC managers and executives
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to hit ambitious growth targets
β’ Continuously test, learn, and refine campaigns using A/B testing and performance insights
