What you’ll do: • Lead Diony’s PPC department, managing and mentoring a growing team of specialists. • Own client relationships - running meetings, presenting strategies, and building long-term trust. • Deliver in-depth audits, reports, and proposals that cut through the noise and show real value. • Shape PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and beyond, integrating seamlessly with other digital channels. • Implement campaigns, optimisations, and scaling, ensuring top-tier performance and quality. • Spot opportunities for growth within accounts, upselling and cross-selling where it benefits clients. • Stay ahead of industry shifts - bringing new ideas, testing new approaches, and ensuring Diony remains at the forefront of paid media. What we’re looking for: • 5+ years in PPC, with proven leadership and client-facing experience. • Google Ads & Analytics certified. • Agency experience (preferred), comfortable managing multiple high-value accounts. • Confident in demonstrating ROI and spotting growth opportunities. • A collaborative leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and get the best out of a team. • Relentless attention to detail and a drive to push for better.
