Role description
Essential Job Functions You will work closely with key international stakeholders to develop infrastructure as well as harnessing and leading a culture already developed by the brand. They will ensure that every individual will have the tools required and development plan necessary to succeed in their role. Overseeing day to day operations, including maintaining & developing strong relationships with clients, P&L, sales forecasting, events, talent development, PR, sales activations, VIC client management ect in line with culture and vision. As a key member of the executive team, they will develop their team to the highest performance standards and build consistency between all commercial channels alongside driving service, experience, and activations. Strategic Leadership β€’ Co-develop and execute a five-year commercial growth plan with the Founder & CEO. β€’ Lead the expansion of the retail footprint in the U.S. and Canada, targeting 12 boutiques by 2030. β€’ Drive 25% YoY revenue growth through strategic retail, wholesale, and omnichannel initiatives. Wholesale Expansion β€’ Define and execute the wholesale strategy to expand the brands presence with top-tier partners. β€’ Manage a high-performing wholesale team focused on new business and account growth in US and Europe. β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, department stores, and specialty retailers. E-Commerce & Omnichannel Collaboration β€’ Partner with the E-Commerce Team (based in Brazil) to align on online sales strategy for North America. β€’ Ensure a consistent brand message and pricing strategy across all channels. β€’ Support omnichannel initiatives including clienteling, in-store pickup, and cross-channel marketing. Retail Development & Operations β€’ Oversee all aspects of retail performance, including P&L, KPI management, store experience, and sales. β€’ Manage and mentor boutique managers to deliver best-in-class client experience and brand representation. β€’ Lead the opening of new boutiques, including site selection, staffing, and go-to-market strategy. Customer Service & Brand Image Building and Development β€’ Implement Retail Guidelines in each boutique, responsible for the respect of those β€’ Responsible of highest quality standard for each region’s boutique through regular market visits, mystery shopping, audit with control on procedures, implementation of CRM programs and training of retail staff β€’ Responsible of brand image in accordance with the brands standards β€’ Ensure all brand identity guidelines are properly followed β€’ Provide HQ with feedback regarding insight from end customers and propose customers programs to implement on NA market Retail Staff Management β€’ Lead HR activities such as hiring, assessment, training & development, succession planning and termination of retail staff β€’ Train the boutique staff to upgrade the sales quality β€’ Propose and partner with HR/ Finance in the improvement of commission schemes (incentive) for sales staff β€’ Support Boutique Managers in retail performance and liaise with HQ on any operational / systems issues Qualifications, Experience, Skills Required β€’ + 10 years’ experience in luxury or lifestyle space in sales, retail and/or wholesale channels β€’ + 5 years in management role β€’ Experience of managing a multi-unit retail /wholesale network required with focus on product and experience β€’ Strong knowledge of the North American fashion market and retail landscape β€’ Proven track record of managing strong businesses and upskill performance β€’ Experience in driving business thru clienteling strategy and building VIP client base via marketing, events… β€’ Excellent managerial skills in culturally diverse work environment, leading with empathy to drive excellence and growing business β€’ Excellent skills in building relationships and conflict resolution β€’ Self-motivated, dynamic and creative and strong entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen with the ability to work in a a fast-paced, founder-led environment. β€’ Highly organized, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills β€’ Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suit – Word, Excel and Powerpoint β€’ Know how to communicate and transmit the vision of the main goals β€’ Excellence of customer service β€’ Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent β€’ Languages: English required, Spanish or French a plus Salary $200,000-$220,000 + Bonus
