Watch Innovation Straps (WIS) offers premium watch bands crafted from non-toxic silicone, Italian leather, rugged Nato nylon, and more. We're a fast-growing horology brand dedicated to style, comfort, and healthβand weβre looking for a Head of Sales to lead the charge in expanding our reach through wholesale, retail, and DTC channels.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Wholesale Sales & B2B Growth
β’ Drive retailer outreach and grow wholesale partnerships
β’ Build and maintain strong client relationships
β’ Create pitch decks and pricing proposals for retail accounts
β’ Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
β’ Develop and execute sales strategies across all revenue channels
β’ Build and manage a high-performing sales team
β’ Set KPIs and track sales performance to drive revenue goals
β’ Customer Experience & Operations
β’ Assist with showroom walk-ins, events, and client appointments
β’ Support fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics
β’ Help optimize CRM tools and sales workflows
Qualifications
(Not all are required, but strong candidates will have most of the following)
β’ 3β5+ years of B2B or wholesale sales experience
β’ Experience leading and scaling a sales team
β’ Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce, or similar)
β’ Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify
β’ Passion for watches, fashion, or luxury retail
β’ Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus
