As they expand globally and across UK retail and e-commerce, they’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead on brand and performance strategies across the UK market and support global distributor partners. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with end-to-end ownership of UK marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital, retail, influencer and PR channels. Key Responsibilities: • Own the UK marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global commercial objectives. • Lead development and execution of multi-channel campaigns including social, PR, influencer, and retail activations. • Inspire and manage a collaborative marketing team, fostering creativity and performance. • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI across campaigns. • Collaborate with sales, product, and global distributor teams to drive launches and calendar planning. • Share best practices across international markets to elevate global marketing execution. • Deliver insights from performance data to inform strategy and optimisation. About You: • 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle FMCG. • Strong understanding of UK retail and e-commerce. • Proven success in brand building, campaign strategy, and budget management. • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience working with agencies and external partners. • Passionate about consumer-centric marketing and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Amazon ecosystems a plus (not required). • Available to join promptly in a contract capacity.
