We are seeking an experienced Director of eCommerce Sales to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving national and regional strategies across eCommerce and retail channels. This role will focus on building strong partnerships with key retailers and online platforms while identifying new growth opportunities to expand market reach. The Director will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market plans, leveraging sales data and KPIs for forecasting, reporting, and performance optimization. Additionally, this leader will represent the division at trade shows and customer meetings, fostering a results-driven culture focused on coaching, development, and engagement.
