What youβll own as the Implementation Consultant
β’ You will support the technical onboarding of Worldpay Global SMB Customers and
β’ Support any enhancements to the product suite by participating in projects and taking ownership of the successful setup and go-live of customers.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally to support with onboarding, customer integrations, queue, and project monitoring.
β’ Participate in projects to onboard customers, validating customer solutions and preparing project Onboarding records.
β’ Act as a gatekeeper for incoming Implementation onboarding requests to improve the quality of detail whilst collaborating with our commercial colleagues to increase customer time-to-live.
β’ Provide a supportive role to the wider team with administrative and account setup tasks.
β’ Create knowledge articles, best practice guides, and templates to help customers go-live faster and minimizing delays and errors during Implementation.
What You'll Bring
β’ Highly organised with a good eye for detail
β’ Keen interest in eCommerce and payments
β’ Able to work on multiple projects in parallel
β’ Experience analysing complex situations and defining solutions
β’ Experience with process optimisation, reducing chances of mistakes happening, reducing handoffs and duplication of work
Bonus if you have
β’ Working experience using web services and APIs built on SOAP or REST and using XML or JSON. CSS or HTML. Mobile experience is a plus
β’ PMO or Project Management Experience
β’ Payments, eCommerce or Web development integration experience
