Role Overview The Home and Electronics Strategy team’s goal is to build strategies to support Home & Living and 3C merchants’ growth. This includes policy building, data analysis, merchant management, and special projects. Our team continuously reinvents how we work to meet the needs of internal stakeholders and external clients. Responsibilities • Conduct data analysis to support merchant growth strategies for Home & Living and 3C categories. • Track and analyze initiatives including seller missions, live sessions, and advertising revenue to support merchant growth and platform objectives. • Provide data analysis and detailed weekly updates for team meetings. • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights that support operations growth. • Monitor projects and prepare comprehensive recaps. • Streamline complex processes by creating simplified SOPs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Graduated in 2025 or about to graduate in early 2026. • Undergraduate degree from a leading university. • Some understanding, interest, or exposure to TikTok Shop. • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and work independently. • Some experience, interest, or exposure to influencing cross-functional teams. • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to influence others and be a resourceful problem solver. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude. Preferred Qualifications • Previous internship in a technology company, preferably in an operations role. • Ability and desire to solve complex problems using data; quantitative analytical experience. • Ability to self-motivate and prioritize work. • Experience or proven interest in working with e-commerce. • A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering against ambitious performance goals and proving brand value.
