Role description
Location: London - Wandsworth (hybrid, 4 days in office) Type: Full-time Reports to: Founders Toco Swim is a fast-growing, founder-led swimwear brand with a cult, community-driven following. Founded in 2017 by sisters Charlotte and Olivia, we are committed to creating high-quality, sustainably made swimwear in timeless, flattering cuts - designed to help our customers feel like their very best selves. At Toco, we believe that everybody deserves to feel amazing in a bikini. We’re looking for a self-starter with taste and an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who lives and breathes creators, culture and content - and who can turn ideas into high-impact executions across influencers, events and brand activations. You’ll thrive here if you love a scale-up environment, take full ownership, and can move effortlessly from negotiating an influencer contract to hosting a pop-up to pulling a post-campaign report. What you'll do Influencers & Creators β€’ Take full ownership of the influencer function at Toco - building and streamlining the structure from the ground up. This includes establishing clear processes for vetting creators, managing contracts, handling gifting, tracking links, and reporting on ROI. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies and press contacts to manage gifting and sample requests efficiently β€’ Must be attentive to personal details (birthdays, weddings, holidays, life updates) and use them as natural touchpoints for thoughtful, spontaneous outreach to new and existing creators β€’ Execute paid and gifted programs and be confident in reporting key KPIs (reach, content quality, traffic, revenue, new-to-brand). β€’ Brief creators (deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines), manage contracts, trackable links and codes where applicable. β€’ Expand winning creator content into multi-channel assets (social, email, web, paid) including negotiating on paid usage fees. β€’ Toco is fast becoming an international brand - any successful candidate must have a strong interest in and understanding of the international influencer space - particularly in the USA, a key growth market for Toco Swim β€’ Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, with the freedom to shape this role into what you believe it should be. As part of a small, founder-led team, you’ll be expected to flex across the business when needed, contributing directly to the growth and success of Toco. This may include support on shoots and campaigns where necessary. Events β€’ Own end-to-end responsibility for all Toco Swim events, including influencer and community activations and pop-ups. β€’ Lead on ideation and concept development of events and bringing ideas to the Founders, ensuring events reflect brand values and campaign goals. β€’ Manage budgets, timelines and supplier relationships (venues, caterers, sponsors, gifting partners, production). β€’ Liaise with internal teams, press, influencers and partners to deliver flawless execution. β€’ Work in constant collaboration with the content and socials team across all events and influencer campaigns to ensure a cohesive creative vision. β€’ Ensure every event is delivered on brand, on time and on budget, with strong post-event reporting. Brand & Activations β€’ Lead cross-brand collaborations - from joint gifting programs and event partnerships to co-designed capsule products. β€’ Use your network (and build new ones) to identify partnership opportunities that enhance brand awareness, attract new audiences, and deepen loyalty. β€’ Negotiate and manage collaborations end-to-end, ensuring they’re commercially viable, creatively aligned, and deliver mutual value. β€’ Work closely with the founders and wider team to bring bold, high-impact partnership ideas to life. Partnerships & PR β€’ Support press outreach, product placement and gifting; manage inbound requests and sample tracking. β€’ Collaborate directly with the founders to create standout PR gifting moments for each new collection launch β€” from sourcing unique packaging and designing inserts to curating an unforgettable unboxing experience that leaves a lasting impression Reporting & Ops β€’ Track performance weekly (UTMs, codes, EMV, content usage) and recommend optimisations. β€’ Manage budgets and POs across influencers, PR and events; keep everything on brief, on time, on budget. β€’ Maintain tidy processes: calendars, trackers, timelines, contact sheets. What you’ll bring β€’ 2+ years in influencer or brand marketing (fashion/beauty/e-com preferred) with hands-on creator management. β€’ Proven end-to-end event management experience (concept β†’ delivery β†’ reporting). β€’ Experience setting up and managing influencer processes, ideally from scratch, and confidence in taking over existing relationships. β€’ Strong relationship-building skills for managing influencer, agency and press partnerships, including gifting and sample requests. β€’ Deep understanding of creators across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and how to leverage each for brand growth. β€’ A keen eye on the US influencer landscape, identifying creators and opportunities that will help fuel growth in this key market. β€’ Highly organised, proactive and a true self-starter - able to take ownership without constant instruction and drive projects forward independently. β€’ Sharp aesthetic instincts and cultural awareness, paired with commercial thinking and KPI ownership. β€’ Confident communicator and negotiator (creators, agents, venues, suppliers). β€’ Comfortable with reporting and basic analysis (Excel/Sheets; UTMs; pulling platform metrics). β€’ Positive, detail-obsessed, and happy to roll up sleeves and make things happen. β€’ Someone who thrives in a founder-led, small-team environment - open-minded, adaptable, and unafraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business Nice to have: experience with Shopify/Klaviyo, basic editing (CapCut/Canva), event production, affiliate platforms.
