About the Role
You’ll be the bridge between Sumwon Studios and the creators who shape conversation. From emerging voices to established names, you’ll identify, nurture, and manage relationships with influencers and tastemakers who embody our brand spirit. You’ll design community initiatives, activate partnerships, and ensure creators feel part of something bigger than themselves.
What you'll do
Influencer Relationship & Community Building
• Find, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and sometimes celebrities.
• Act as the main contact point, ensuring influencers feel valued and connected to the brand.
• Build a sense of community among influencers (events, activations, collaborations).
Campaign & Collaboration Management
• Design and run influencer marketing campaigns (from concept to execution).
• Match influencers with the right product launches or brand initiatives.
• Translate influencer personalities into co-branded content or product collaborations.
Product Co-Creation
• Work with influencers and internal teams to co-create products (like limited-edition drops or private-label lines).
• Oversee samples, packaging, testing, and approvals to ensure products reflect both the influencer and the brand.
Project & Content Coordination
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables so launches run smoothly.
• Coordinate content creation (briefs, shoots, social media assets).
• Align influencer campaigns with e-commerce, retail, and marketing calendars.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance of influencer campaigns (engagement, reach, sales impact).
• Measure ROI and provide insights for future collaborations.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, community building, or talent management. (Menswear experience preferred).
• A pulse on culture, fashion, and what drives conversations online.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both emerging and established influencers.
• Creative thinker with an eye for fresh partnerships.
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects at once.
