Our client in the personal care industry is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager!
About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our efforts across influencer, affiliate, and content partnerships—with a focus on TikTok. You'll be responsible for building and scaling a performance-driven influencer program that drives revenue, builds brand equity, and fuels creative output. You should be both strategic and hands-on: ready to lead influencer partnerships while also diving into outreach, negotiations, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
• Own and execute the influencer marketing strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a heavy emphasis on TikTok
• Build and manage influencer and affiliate partnerships, focusing on revenue-driving and ROI-positive relationships
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and optimize performance on a campaign and partner level
• Launch and scale a performance affiliate program with micro and mid-tier creators
• Collaborate with content and growth teams to turn influencer output into high-performing paid media assets
• Track KPIs, deliver reports, and continuously optimize programs based on performance and ROI
• Stay up to date on influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform updates
• Coordinate with internal and external creative partners to produce high-quality UGC-style content
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, preferably in the CPG or wellness space
• Deep understanding of TikTok creator culture, trends, and content formats
• Proven ability to manage a large volume of creator relationships at scale
• Comfortable negotiating, tracking performance metrics, and working within budget constraints
• Experience working cross-functionally with growth, creative, and content teams
• A self-starter with strong communication skills and a test-and-learn mindset
• Bonus: Experience using affiliate platforms or influencer management tools (e.g. Impact, Grin, or similar)
