This role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic and impactful partnerships with key influencers and content creators. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across key European markets. β€’ Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with high-potential influencers and KOLs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. β€’ Create campaign briefs and content guidelines to ensure influencer output aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives. β€’ Track and analyse campaign performance using relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and use insights to optimise future efforts. β€’ Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies. β€’ Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively and deliver detailed post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations. Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within eCommerce or consumer digital brands. β€’ Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems in Europe. β€’ Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. β€’ Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance. β€’ Creative thinker with an eye for trend-spotting and innovative content. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
