Role description
Store Support Center We are searching for an experienced Information Systems Manager for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA, 90040. Summary Information Systems Manager is key to Chedraui USA’s ongoing transformation, integration, and enhancing critical systems in the areas of Merchandizing, Supply Chain, Digital Commerce, Accounting, Finance, HR, Real Estate and Legal. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert on evaluating, implementing, and improving systems and applications while you act as a critical bridge between the business and technical teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned or required. β€’ Provide functional and technical support for systems including, but not limited to, the following: β€’ Supply Chain Systems β€’ Merchandizing Systems β€’ Digital commerce and analytics β€’ Interfaces, data flows related to the above systems β€’ Lead special projects as assigned by IT leadership across brands and manages stakeholders (inside/outside the enterprise) across digital commerce, SAP IS retail roadmap β€’ Develop aids, implementation guides, education material and/or other templates to support project, department and organizational wide compliance training and awareness efforts β€’ Assist in development and review of technical and process related documentation, including operating procedures, control manuals, business requirement documents β€’ Evaluate system stability concerns and IT general controls and practices across the company; identify, analyze, and mitigate risks as appropriate β€’ Identify risks that currently exist or are emerging, and that create potential threats to infrastructure, systems, or data β€’ Design and perform periodic testing of the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls on behalf of management β€’ Perform pre-and post-system implementation reviews β€’ Advise on acceptable mitigating controls related to policy exceptions ensuring they are documented, including mitigating internal controls, necessary approvals, and exception duration β€’ Assist with analysis, development, and implementation of processes, procedures, and tools to enable continuously auditable compliance with regulatory standards β€’ Build and maintain a financial system structure that allows IT to: β€’ Engage with stakeholders cross-organizationally to ensure issues or inquiries are properly addressed β€’ Develop and distribute program dashboards, metrics, and status updates β€’ Expand existing programs to include all brands under Chedraui USA umbrella EDUCATION β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Experience β€’ 15+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity. β€’ Proven track record in managing IT operations and application support. β€’ Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Oracle, Retail systems, EDI... β€’ Experience in management and delivery of large transformational initiatives across business and IT. β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). β€’ Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, business-critical environment. Leadership & Soft Skills β€’ Strong people management and team leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. β€’ Excellent project management abilities (agile, waterfall, hybrid approaches). β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams. β€’ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. β€’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. COMPENSATION: The starting salary for this position is $100,000.00. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications; including, experience and relevant skills.
