We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager–Applications for our food Retail business in Dubai. About Grandiose: Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing dynamic business is looking for an energetic, customer-centric, technology driven IT project Manager under our technology department in Dubai. Responsibilities in Brief: • Responsible for managing deliveries of one or more highly complex or enterprise Projects under the guidance of the Director digital and technology -Food & Retail. • Ensures integration of projects and manages project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business initiative and handles stakeholder communication for the same • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and managing project risks in accordance with Stakeholder expectations • Influences stakeholders towards positive outcome in the best interest of projects assigned • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools, with specific preference to Agile methodologies Qualification • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or other related field Or equivalent work experience • Project Management certification is required, preferably on Agile methodologies • Excellent domain knowledge in Retail and eCommerce is necessary • Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience and at least 5 years in delivering IT projects, ERP/eCommerce. • Experience in ERP implementations, Digital Transformation projects experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions. • Experience with Agile Methodologies in implementing multiple project cycles of packaged systems as well as bespoke development in Mobile and Ecommerce • Due to the nature of job, language knowledge in French, Spanish, Polish or german would be an added advantage Interested candidates are requested to submit their application along with updated CV.
