Interim Head of Digital Marketing- (Day Rate Inside IR35)
We're currently working alongside a leading PE-backed organisation in their search for an Interim Head of Digital Marketing. The role will run for an initial 6-9 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 2 days per week in the office.
Our client is looking for this person to lead the development of the digital commercial strategy that builds the overall brand and customer consideration, showcasing our clients unique proposition and resort experiences. They are looking for this person to champion digital transformation throughout the organisation and across the end to end journey, for both online and offline touch points, to help build a more integrated brand and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience working in a small or scaling digital / e-commerce team
• Deep experience in digital strategy - E-com, apps, web
• Previously worked in the Hospitality / Leisure industry
• Hands on experience managing teams
• B2C and B2B experience in hospitality, leisure, or travel sectors.
