International Ecommerce Expansion Coordinator 🌍
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) | Type: Full-Time
Arctic Cool is a fast-growing performance apparel brand built on cooling technology. We’re expanding into international markets and need an International Ecommerce Expansion Coordinator to make it happen.
What You’ll Do
• Launch new markets in Shopify Plus (currencies, duties, shipping, taxes).
• Manage localization (PDP copy, size charts, payment methods like Afterpay, PayFast, PIX, Mercado Pago).
• Coordinate with 3PLs and carriers for smooth DDP shipping.
• Partner with marketing on localized campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & WhatsApp.
• Track performance (CAC, AOV, ROAS, landed margins) and optimize.
• Support customer experience: local service hours, WhatsApp commerce flows.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years in ecommerce ops, international business, or DTC brand growth.
• Shopify Plus & Shopify Markets experience a must; Global-e/Zonos a plus.
• Familiar with VAT/GST/import duties (AU/NZ/ZA/BR/CL).
• Strong project management skills, thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Bonus: hands-on with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
