Role description
The Retail E Commerce International Coordinator assists with the process and implementation of E Commerce product and content that will be featured on the International Websites. Assists with Visual Merchandising strategies and weekly product placement based on Retail key initiatives and sales. This position works closely with Domestic Retail Merchandising, International Retail Visual, Graphics and Digital E Commerce to ensure Website product and branding is optimized
Essential Job Results
• Assist in implementation and communication of all international product initiatives that will be featured on Web and in emails
• Work in conjunction with the international buying and product teams to ensure product initiatives are in line with the international calendar.
• Follow project timelines as required within the E Commerce calendar
• Coordinate E Commerce projects from concept to completion.
• Analyze retail sales figures and current trends to ensure all new initiatives and launches are planned correctly and the product offered is right for our customers.
• Review weekly sales of key initiatives and styles that are launched on the web and report findings to assist in maximizing sales on Web and in store
• Execute and communicate style selling reports to MGMT and retail team to assure the team is informed of business for better execution of E Commerce sales and retail window launches.
• Assist in the execution of Floor-set and Window direction for stores to ensure the Web is being executed same as a retail store environment.
• Implements and quality checks product descriptions, launches and marketing efforts
• Work in tandem with the DIG team to ensure a streamlined process
• Work in conjunction with the Visual Merchandising department- Graphics & POP to ensure all elements of new initiatives/updates are properly executed on the Web.
• Work with Customer Service and Domestic Ecommerce teams to ensure customer communication and content is properly answered and communicated

Job Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Coordinator or Associate or similar role
• Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and Ecommerce Merchandising software especially SalesForce CommerceCloud
• must possess strong organizational and time management skills. Strong Project Managing experience and flexibility to adapt to change
• Ability to work cross functionally and develop relationships strong interpersonal working relationships and work cross functionally
Education And Experience
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as Coordinator or Associate or related position.
• Footwear or apparel industry experience preferred but not required.
• International work capacity including language skills and knowledge of local markets a strong plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• AA in visual communications, merchandising or marketing or related field is preferred, but not required.
The pay range for this role is $69,000-$75,000/yr USD.
