We are looking for a driven and experienced Internet Director to lead our internet sales department, optimize digital operations, and grow our online presence. Position Overview The Internet Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of our internet sales operations, including lead management, online customer engagement, digital marketing oversight, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive internet sales and the leadership skills to build and guide a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the internet sales team to achieve sales and performance goals. • Oversee online lead generation, response times, and follow-up processes. • Develop and implement strategies to maximize internet and digital retailing opportunities. • Partner with the BDC, marketing team, and management to improve online visibility and lead conversion. • Monitor CRM usage, customer communications, and performance metrics. • Ensure an exceptional online-to-showroom experience for every customer. Qualifications • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internet sales management. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team. • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital retailing platforms, and online marketing tools. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Results-driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
