Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to learn footwear and inventory quickly.
- A love for data and organization.
- Ability to buy into the Chiappetta Crew, what we do and who we are.
- Some warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Competent in computer skills including Google Sheets, Word, and Excel.
- Proficient in math and management skills.
- Ability to work within our team.
- Creativity and innovative personality to help build our new system.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds.
- Some level of knowledge in Shopify is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce fulfillment including processing orders and shipping preparation.
- Daily inventory including placing fill-in and special orders.
- Seasonal inventory management.
- Seasonal data management.
- Monthly operations review, always looking for better ways of doing things!
- Seasonal website inventory data management including photography.
- Detailed inventory work.
Compensation: $8/hr to $15/hr depending on experience and qualifying skillsets.
