Job Description About Us Reflex Performance Resources Inc., a leader in activewear and athleisure, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Associate to join our growing eCommerce operations team. This full-time role is based out of our Manhattan Garment District showroom and supports inventory management across multiple brands, including 90 Degree by Reflex and Yogalicious. Role Overview You will work closely with our Inventory Manager to ensure smooth and accurate execution of daily inventory operations. This position focuses on hands-on coordination with warehouses and internal teams to keep stock flowing efficiently, while freeing the Inventory Manager to focus on strategic oversight and planning. Key Responsibilities • Generate pick tickets for warehouses and ensure timely execution of shipments. • Coordinate with warehouse teams to expedite orders and resolve discrepancies. • Monitor inventory levels across eCommerce platforms and flag issues proactively. • Track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders. • Support product lifecycle tasks including SKU creation, item set-up, and data entry. • Provide inventory data to support promotions, merchandising, and replenishment decisions. • Assist in preparing reports on sales velocity, inventory pacing, and stock availability. • Maintain clear communication across internal teams (eCommerce, Logistics, Merchandising). Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related eCommerce operations. • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with data entry and reporting. • Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar eCommerce platforms a plus. • Strong communication skills; reliable, accountable, and team-oriented. • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
