Responsibilities:
β’ Assist senior product owners and analysts in defining product roadmaps and priorities
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups
β’ Help document user stories, test scenarios, and functional requirements
β’ Support communication between business, design, and development teams
β’ Help prepare and present updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
β’ Learn eCommerce platform capabilities and help identify solutions to user needs
β’ Explore opportunities to apply AI tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting ideas
β’ Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and time zones including early morning/late-night meetings
β’ Eagerness to learn product management, Agile methodology, and eCommerce concepts
β’ Interest in AI trends and tools, with curiosity about how AI can enhance digital products
β’ Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
β’ Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
β’ Basic knowledge of web technology or digital platforms is a plus
