In this role, you'll be a key player in expanding our presence across the UAE and beyond, identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth — particularly in Web & Mobile Applications, SaaS, ERP, and E-commerce Solutions. 🧠 What You’ll Do ✅ Drive strategic sales growth and revenue targets ✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships ✅ Identify market trends and generate qualified leads ✅ Lead proposal presentations and close deals ✅ Mentor and support junior BD executives ✅ Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing & delivery teams 🎯 What We’re Looking For ✔ 3+ years in Business Development – preferably in IT services ✔ Proven experience in selling web apps, mobile apps, ERP systems, SaaS products, and e-commerce solutions ✔ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills ✔ Experience in cold calling, outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) ✔ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets ✔ UAE IT sales experience & valid UAE Driving License (preferred) 📍 Job Details Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000/month + Incentives Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Skills: erp systems,web applications,communication,cold calling,e-commerce,crm tools,saas,erp,it services,it sales,negotiation,hubspot,presentation,business development,e-commerce solutions,mobile applications
