With offices in the U.S., we are dedicated to expanding K-Beauty’s presence in international markets through innovative products, digital marketing, and community-driven experiences. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our U.S. team in Irvine, CA. This role will play a key part in accelerating brand growth in the U.S. market through TikTok Shop operations, social media engagement, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about K-Beauty, and enjoys taking ownership of cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize TikTok Shop operations for Wishcompany brands in the U.S. • Lead social media strategy and content execution to grow brand visibility and engagement. • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. • Identify, onboard, and manage creators and influencers, fostering long-term community relationships. • Collaborate closely with the Seoul HQ team to ensure alignment on product launches, strategy, and global campaigns. Qualifications • Ability to work from our Irvine office at least 3 days per week. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean strongly preferred. • Demonstrated passion for K-Beauty and interest in commerce/e-commerce. • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
