β’ Join a rapidly growing e-commerce jewelry brand featured on CBS, NBC, and ABC morning shows. Weβre seeking a highly data-driven and exceptionally organized Jewelry Design & Production Manager dedicated to rapidly launching on-trend fashion jewelry and effectively managing multiple suppliers.
In this role, you will leverage data insights to identify trending styles, source products quickly, and maintain strict quality control, ensuring consistency and excellence across our expanding product line.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Use our internal market trend data to rapidly identify and source new jewelry products.
β’ Collaborate directly with multiple suppliers to specify, source, and vet product designs, ensuring rapid turnaround.
β’ Conduct thorough quality inspections, manage detailed product specifications, and ensure consistency to uphold brand standards.
β’ Provide proactive, detailed feedback to suppliers, driving continuous product improvement and alignment with market trends.
β’ Maintain and cultivate strong supplier relationships while consistently sourcing new vendors to support fast-paced growth.
Ideal Candidate:
β’ Proven experience in jewelry sourcing, design assessment, and quality assurance.
