Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our Irvine office. This role combines customer service, administrative support, data analysis, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and able to support daily operations while ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone/messages, manage returns and claims, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, maintain records and documents, and support communication with warehouse, procurement, and accounting teams.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze sales and operations data; prepare weekly/monthly reports; assist with basic tax and claim tracking.
• System & Platform Management: Update product listings, prices, and inventory in Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok platforms; maintain accurate ERP/WMS data.
• Finance & Operations Assistance: Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, provide supporting documents for accounting, and occasionally support warehouse coordination.
Qualifications
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.
• Experience in administration, customer service, or operations.
• Strong data and Excel/Google Sheets skills (reporting/analysis).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart, TikTok) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
