Role description
About Us:
MAZZ NYC is a premier luxury sourcing firm connecting North American retailers with the most coveted high-end brands around the globe. We proudly hold the exclusive U.S. distribution rights for Venini, IVV, and Berti—three iconic Italian heritage brands. Venini is known for its handcrafted Murano glass, IVV produces modern glassware made in Tuscany, and Berti hand-forges fine kitchen knives using time-honored techniques dating back to 1895.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a polished, driven Junior Account Executive with 2–4 years of experience in sales, showroom, or account support. Ideally within the luxury home, interiors, or design space. This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their expertise in client relationship management, expand their knowledge of the high-end retail landscape, and grow within a boutique, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Support and grow assigned wholesale and design trade accounts
• Assist in managing relationships with buyers, designers, and showroom partners
• Collaborate on outreach and new business development across retail and e-commerce
• Help prepare for and participate in trade shows, market appointments, and client meetings
• Oversee order entry, fulfillment follow-up, and day-to-day client communication
• Track sell-through, gather trend insights, and share feedback to support assortment planning
• Maintain and update internal tools including line sheets, CRM, and sales reports
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on brand strategy and client services
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or account support (luxury, home, or design preferred)
• Strong client communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with a sharp attention to detail
• Confident using Excel and CRM tools; detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
• Self-starter who thrives in a boutique team environment and wants to grow long-term
• A genuine interest in design, craftsmanship, and high-end retail
• Familiarity with major retailers, interior designers, or the design trade a plus
Why Join MAZZ NYC:
• Represent best-in-class artisanal brands with rich histories and design credibility
• Work alongside senior leadership and gain mentorship in high-level account management
• Build lasting relationships with leaders in the luxury design and retail world
• Attend market appointments and trade shows to grow your industry network
• Competitive base salary ($65,000–$75,000) with strong growth potential
• Full benefits package including 401(k), dental, and medical insurance
