• Help customize web content to deliver a personalized user experience, based on timing, customer segments, and past behavior, with direction from senior producers.
• Work closely with web merchandising, digital marketing, and design teams to assist in the construction and optimization of web pages.
• Collaborate with technical, creative, and integrated marketing teams, providing support as needed to achieve shared goals.
• Partner with IT teams to provide feedback on design/architecture of new web systems, relaying information from senior producers.
• Engage with cross-departmental teams, including merchandising, IT, marketing, customer service, and design, to assist in the improvement of site assets and functionality.
• Participate in team training and development opportunities to grow skills and contribute to the success of the Web Production team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum five years of experience in any combination of general experience and specialized experience.
• Three years of general experience in administrative, merchandising, technical, or other responsible work.
• Ability to gain knowledge of web production and practices.
• Skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment.
• One year of education above the high school level may be substituted for nine months of experience, up to a maximum of a four-year Bachelor's degree for three years of general experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive experience in website production and practices, content management, and metrics analysis.
• Knowledge and understanding of information architecture and web usability.
• Collaboration with various functional teams.
• High proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of website design/layout best practices and industry standards (including 508 compliance, mobile usability, and user experience).
