Role description
Marketing Designer (Multi-Brand / Ad Creative) Hybrid – Irvine/Tustin We’re looking for a versatile designer who can keep up with the speed of culture. In this role, you’ll own the design engine for Hypewell’s in-house brands and client portfolio. From ad campaigns to print collateral, you’ll be responsible for producing polished, on-brand creative across multiple industries — fast, accurate, and ready to perform. This isn’t a static design job. You’ll be working across digital, print, and marketing material, collaborating daily with our video team, analytics team, and leadership to bring campaigns to life. What You’ll Do Design, adapt, and revise digital ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. Execute marketing material for both in-house brands and client campaigns (social graphics, decks, brochures, tradeshow displays, flyers). Manage a high volume of design alterations and revisions across multiple brands simultaneously. Produce print-ready files for events, packaging, and sales collateral. Collaborate with the video team to ensure cohesive campaigns (thumbnails, ad frames, static assets). Work with analytics and marketing teams to optimize creatives for performance. Uphold brand standards while staying flexible enough to execute quick-turn marketing needs. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of professional design experience (agency or multi-brand environment preferred). Portfolio that shows paid media creative, marketing campaigns, and print work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; Canva/Webflow a plus. Strong understanding of ad formats and performance-driven design. Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume revisions and requests. Excellent communication skills to work across teams (video, social, analytics, leadership). A designer who thrives under deadlines and enjoys the challenge of multi-brand work. Compensation Full-time salary: $65K–$85K depending on experience. Contractor rate: $30–$50/hr depending on speed and skill.
