Role Overview:
Weβre looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand consistency,
customer engagement, and business growth. Youβll lead brand campaigns, CRM strategies, and
omni-channel marketing initiatives while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our brand
identity and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Plan and execute email & crm strategies across the full customer journey
β’ Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity
β’ Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns
β’ Manage and optimise brand campaigns for personalisation, scalability, and conversions
β’ Lead creative development and execution for campaigns across email, direct mail, and more
β’ Drive performance through A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven optimisations
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand with commercial, data, and product goals
β’ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): open rates, CTR, conversions,
revenue
β’ Develop offline materials like direct mail, look-books, and catalogues
β’ Own the email marketing function, maximising ROI and long-term impact
β’ Help manage and optimise brand marketing KPIs and budget
Skills & Experience:
β’ 3+ years in brand marketing, ideally within Online D2C
β’ Proven track record in email marketing and CRM strategy
β’ Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing (e-commerce, PR, social, direct mail, VM)
β’ Familiar with GDPR and email compliance best practices
β’ Experienced with email/CRM toolsβKlaviyo preferred
β’ Comfortable working with data tools and performance analytics
β’ Strategic mindset with attention to detail and hands-on execution
β’ Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
β’ Able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams around a unified brand vision
Work Environment:
The role is based at our London HQ, with details on hybrid working to be discussed during the interview process.
