Job Summary:
Cuyana is seeking a Digital Content Manager, who will be responsible for managing and optimizing content across their e-commerce site while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior customer experience. This role will oversee content launches, analyze site performance data, and proactively drive improvements that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
• Gather assets, copy, and product information to prepare and launch new products and collections
• Update homepage, navigation menus, and promotional elements to ensure efficient and accurate execution
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality content
• Act as liaison among marketing, design, and technical teams, clarifying requirements and timelines
• Leverage Shopify, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools to track user behavior, conversion rates, and site performance
• Produce dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders
• Partner with technical teams to enhance analytics tools for deeper site observability
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in content workflows and implement process improvements
• Conduct ongoing market research to track e-commerce trends and competitor initiatives
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure new features meet business expectations
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2-3+ years relevant ecommerce site content management and project management experience.
• Able to manage requirements for multiple projects with constant attention to detail -- work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
• A team player who thrives in small, start-up and fast paced environments; is a self-starter with the ability to act autonomously.
• Flexible, adaptable and ready to take on new projects outside of day-to-day scope, pending business needs.
• Embodies Cuyana's Fewer, Better ethos.
• Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Adept with project management methodologies and tools.
• Able to utilize Google Sheets effectively for managing content and automations.
Preferred:
• Shopify experience a plus.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS and UX design principles to build site content pages preferred.
• Analytical and data-driven. Experience in Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics preferred.
