Role description
We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join Team OB in our Support Office.
As a Junior Digital Designer at OB you will be reporting into the Head of Digital Design and will be responsible for working across various projects simultaneously, assisting the Ecommerce team in the preparation of imagery and marketing assets for our digital platforms.
You will need to be a team player who is comfortable working collaboratively cross -departmentally, whilst being able to work independently on various projects. You will be expected to adapt your workload in a fastβpaced environment, adjusting priorities and meeting deadlines to deliver design objectives.
With your strong eye for detail and a passion for digital design, you will have the ability to work across multiple digital touch points. You will be willing to push boundaries, think creatively and challenge designs for the better.
Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly.

An OB Junior Digital Designer will:
β’ Support the Digital Design team in managing the day-to-day operations and admin of UK and international websites.
β’ Assist in the creation of engaging static and animated assets for digital platforms.
β’ Design and develop responsive layouts with a mobile-first approach, including weekly updates to home and landing pages.
β’ Build and maintain editorial content with the content team.
β’ Ensure all work adheres to established brand guidelines.
β’ Organise and maintain project files and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
β’ Revise designs based on feedback and finalised assets
β’ Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute email campaigns and incorporate any necessary updates.
β’ Coordinate with Content team to review content briefs, asset requirements, and project timelines.
β’ Contribute fresh ideas and confidently communicate innovative concepts to stakeholders.
β’ Stay informed on emerging design trends, incorporating fresh ideas to the team
