Job Summary:
Foot Locker, Inc. is searching for a Digital Insights Analyst to join their eCommerce Organization. This role involves analyzing global digital performance to provide actionable insights that enhance site experience and improve conversion and revenue. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to track performance metrics and identify opportunities within the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
β’ Build dashboards and reports, using tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel, to deliver consumable data and insights.
β’ Maintain, monitor, analyze, and communicate performance insights that impact weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and metrics.
β’ Support eCommerce organization by completing ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
β’ Collaborate with Content, Merchandising, Digital Operations, and other eCommerce teams to enhance insights, reporting, and performance measurement.
β’ Partner with these teams to conduct deep-dive, detailed analyses to uncover actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
β’ Help eCommerce teams define KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate business performance.
β’ Effectively communicate technical topics with non-technical team members.
β’ Deliver sensibly curated insights that decision-makers care about for prioritization purposes, strategic projects, and business presentations.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in quantitative field, business, or marketing.
β’ Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
β’ 1-3 yearsβ experience with business and digital analytics.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Experience with tag management (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium) and tools used to debug digital analytics event tracking.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce, usability principles, and digital and website technologies.
β’ Must have the ability to combine various data sources to tell a cohesive story.
β’ Desire to solve complex problems using analytical skills.
β’ Ability to consolidate and package results and insights into well-organized, consumable presentations with actionable recommendations and strategies.
β’ A proactive and self-motivated problem-solver embodying curiosity and an appetite to improve our customer experience.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively across teams, departments, locations, and organizations.
β’ Familiar with relational database structures.
Preferred:
β’ Masters preferred.
β’ Experience working with an eCommerce organization is a plus.
