The eCommerce Data Analyst will partner with various teams to transform data into actionable insights, drive business decisions, and enhance customer experiences through comprehensive reporting and analytics. Responsibilities: • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets • Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly reports covering revenue, conversion, and traffic • Support and analyze A/B tests to evaluate performance and statistical lift • Work closely with marketing on campaign performance and attribution • Collaborate with product to analyze funnels, user behavior, and engagement • Partner with developers and product managers on analytics implementation (GA4, Segment) • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations • Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders • Help shape strategy and decision-making across the business Qualifications: Required: • 2-4 years of experience in an eCommerce or digital analytics role • Strong SQL skills and comfort with large datasets • Proficient in GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Strong communication skills, especially translating data for non-technical audiences • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred: • Experience with event-based analytics platforms (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel) • Experience with customer journey mapping or cohort analysis • Understanding of marketing attribution models Company: Resource Label Group is a prime label and narrow web film converter with facilities.
