Role description
A growing fashion brand based in Essex is looking to recruit a Junior E-commerce Manager to support the day to day running of their online store and digital sales channels. This role will focus on product listings, website content updates, promotions, sales tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience for customers while driving revenue growth.
The Brand
A growing fashion brand based in Essex is looking for a Junior E-commerce Manager to play a key role in managing the online store and digital sales performance. Working closely with the CEO and wider digital team, youβll be responsible for maintaining product listings, updating website content, supporting online marketing campaigns, and ensuring the best possible customer journey.
The Role
β’ Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the Shopify store
β’ Ensure accurate categorisation, stock levels, and SEO friendly product content
β’ Coordinate with design and content teams to update landing pages and seasonal campaigns
β’ Track daily sales, conversion rates, and key e-commerce metrics
β’ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management, identifying trends and opportunities to increase sales
β’ Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads)
β’ Align promotional activities with website content to maximise impact
β’ Liaise with customer service to resolve online order queries and improve the shopping experience
β’ Test website functionality to ensure a seamless experience across devices
β’ Work with suppliers, logistics, and IT to ensure product availability and timely delivery
β’ Collaborate with external agencies for SEO, PPC, and web development projects
About You
β’ Passionate about fashion and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online retail trends
β’ Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
β’ Proactive, with a solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn
β’ Strong communication and teamwork skills
β’ Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo (advantageous)
β’ Confident using Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics to monitor performance
