Job Description Our client, a growing fitness/wellness tech company, is looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in the d2c ecomm/tech lifecycle and retention world to join their team! Job Description β€’ Work at both the strategic and tactical level to create bold, innovative marketing campaigns across a number of channels, but mainly email. β€’ Analyze results of our marketing funnel using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Klaviyo and other BI tools β€’ Oversee and manage operational needs of the Retention Marketing Team, including email & SMS creation, list management, campaign tracking, and ongoing measurements of campaigns and segments. β€’ Initiate and optimize marketing campaigns, aimed to improve retention and conversion performance. β€’ Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies, campaigns, and key triggers within the customer’s journey to drive increased lifetime value. β€’ Assist in marketing goal development and tracking for the Retention Marketing Team. β€’ Responsible for the briefing process to internal copy and creative stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of marketing assets. β€’ Manage the communication calendar for all existing customers. Basic Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or relevant field. β€’ Graduated from top university, strong GPA β€’ Team player, responsible and trustworthy. β€’ Expert-level Excel skills. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and β€’ attention β€’ to detail. β€’ Team player, responsible and trustworthy. β€’ The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Verbal & written fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications β€’ 1-2 year experience in D2C e-commerce. β€’ Experience using Email Marketing software. (klaviyo) β€’ Solid working knowledge of creative / marketing / production space. β€’ Google Analytics Experience with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers.
