Monk has made the world’s first smart ice bath. Monk are building a healthcare business for the future, creating widly resilient humans. Now they need someone to help bring it to life across every channel – especially social. 🎯 This role is all about energy, creativity and execution. You’ll be the engine behind: - Daily content and community across Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn 🤳 - UGC, high-profile ambassador and celebrity campaigns 📸 - Partnerships & real-world pop-ups 🛍️ - Email flows and newsletters 📨 - Landing pages and Shopify updates 💻 - Supporting paid media performance and CRO testing You’ll be creating, posting, learning what works – and doing more of it. ✅ You’ll bring: - 2–4 years’ marketing experience (DTC or high-consideration brands a plus) - A strong instinct for social and content – and the proof to back it up - Ideally, hands-on experience with some of: Meta Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify MOST IMPORTANTLY: a bias to action and an appetite to learn what you don’t yet know. (So, with things like Klaviyo and Shopify, if you’re not fluent yet, you’re excited to dive in and get there fast.)
